They’re getting so desperate, it’s pathetic… but so fun to watch them flounder.
At the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, comedian Michelle Wolf went after the women of the Trump administration. Her first target was White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway, who was sitting in the audience, and began by claiming Conway has “the perfect last name for what she does… Con-Way.” — “It’s like if my name was Michelle Jokes Frizzy Hair Small T*ts,” Wolf quipped. She then demanded the networks to “stop putting Kellyanne” on their shows because “all she does is lie” and that they’re giving her a “platform” to lie. “It’s like that old saying, ‘if a tree falls in the woods, how do we get Kellyanne under that tree,’” Wolf said. “I’m not suggesting she gets hurt. Just stuck. Stuck under a tree.”
Dear @PressSec – it took a lot of dignity, guts, and class to sit through what you did tonight. You personified professionalism. Thank you. pic.twitter.com/4XsjCx8DQB

Wolf then took aim at First Daughter and top WH aide Ivanka Trump, who she said was “supposed to be an advocate for women” but ended up being as helpful to women “as an empty box of tampons.” — “She’s done nothing to satisfy women. So I guess like father, like daughter,” Wolf joked. She saved her most brutal remarks for Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who attended the WHCD to officially represent the Trump White House and was sitting on the stage just several seats away. Wolf mocked Sanders by saying she “loved” her as Aunt Lydia on The Handmaid’s Tale and that she actually “likes” her because she “burns facts” and uses the ash to create a “perfect smokey eye.”
“I’m never really sure what to call Sarah Huckabee Sanders, you know?” Wolf continued. “Is it Sarah Sanders? Is it Sarah Huckabee Sander? Is it Cousin Huckabee? Is it Auntie Huckabee Sanders? Like, what is Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women? I know… Aunt Coulter.” — Let’s just say Sanders deserves mad props for attending this event.
Michelle Wolf is about as funny as stomach cancer. My goodness.

Hateful and unfunny.
Mocking a woman for her appearance? I guess that counts as woke now—just as long as she isn’t progeessive. Or thin. https://t.co/FjgeIcc79J

Michelle Wolf is what happens when the Left loses its capacity for comedy. They have nothing but hackneyed insults and late night tears because the President is much funnier than they are! #WHCD

Some good lines. And I’m very willing to laugh at brutal jokes. I did. Some of the personal attacks on Sarah Sanders were unfunny & would never EVER be told about a Democrat in her position. Also, if you’re going to make abortion jokes, make them close to funny gross. #WHCD

Couldn’t agree more. So much important and amazing journalism this year — that should be the focus, when truth matters and is needed more than ever. It was an embarrassment in the room and surely to the audience at home. https://t.co/vhbnG6tn55
